A: We accept 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment via TT. We also support LC and Western Union.

A: We provide a 1-year warranty for all machines and lifelong technical support. For all our partners, we supply spare parts at cost price throughout the whole lifecycle of the equipment.

Q3: Can you offer customized machinery service?

A: Yes. We can design equipment according to your requirements, including material, power, filling type, bottle specifications and more. With years of industry experience, we will also provide professional technical suggestions.

Q4: Do you have relevant certification?

A: KMSGD has passed ISO management system certification. All self-produced and supplied equipment meets CE standards. Core electrical and pneumatic components adopt world-class brands including SEW, SICK, Danfoss, Schneider and Festo.

Q5: Can you supply turnkey projects?

A: Turnkey beverage production line solutions are available. We can support you to launch a new beverage factory. Please contact our international sales team for details.

Q6: Do you have overseas reference projects?

A: We have running reference projects in many countries. With our clients’ approval, we can share their contact information for your factory visit.

A: We are a professional manufacturer. We offer factory-direct price with reliable quality. You are welcome to visit our workshop anytime.

Q8: How about export packaging?

A: We adopt standard export packing. Main equipment is packed in export plywood cases; small accessories use thick cartons to guarantee safe transportation.

Q9: How do you test machines before delivery?

A: Each machine will run continuously for more than 8 hours for inspection. We will record testing videos and send them to you before shipment.

Q10: What delivery terms can you offer?

A: We can provide EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF terms as your request.

Q11: Do you have your own installation and commissioning team?

A: Yes. We own an independent full-line installation and commissioning team without outsourced technicians. Our engineers can be dispatched overseas for on-site assembly, linkage debugging and operator training.

Q12: Can you renovate production lines of other brands?

A: Yes. We provide debugging, upgrading and transformation services for production lines from well-known domestic and international brands.
